Mylene Astier is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at ECI and is responsible for defining ECI’s global strategy, communicating the vision to the organization and driving the execution of key business initiatives to deliver short-term performance improvement and long-term enterprise value.
Mrs. Astier has a proven track record of leading Program Management Office (PMO) and enterprise-wide transformations for the largest industrial and automotive suppliers globally. For over ten years, she has supported companies to drive profitable growth, both strategically and operationally.
Before joining ECI, Mrs. Astier was a Principal at Roland Berger with a core expertise in the field of electrical distribution systems, wire harnesses, and electric vehicle domains. She focused on defining winning growth strategies for world-class companies around key industry megatrends such as high voltage, electrification, advanced safety.
She is also passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. For many years, she has been driving key initiatives to support women in leadership positions across various industries and countries.
Mrs. Astier holds two Masters’ degrees, one in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Centrale-Supelec, Paris, France, and another in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing, and Management from the University of Cambridge, UK.
