Our Leadership Team

Dan Batten is the Chief Information Officer at ECI. In this role, Dan oversees the global IT landscape, including applications infrastructure, while leading strategies to enhance our manufacturing technologies, strengthen data and systems security, and optimize IT service delivery.

Mr. Batten is recognized as a seasoned IT executive.  Before joining ECI, Mr. Batten served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at several leading global manufacturers, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide IT strategies and roadmaps to transform infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, and digital customer experiences.  Throughout his career, he earned a reputation for leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, reduce costs, and deliver visible ROI.

His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, with a firm belief that business success is achieved through teamwork. His team-focused mindset and positive attitude will enable us to grow, transform the business, and deliver visible return on investment.

Mr. Batten holds an Executive MBA from Northwood University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance, and an Associate’s in Mechanical Design Technology from Michigan Technological University. He has completed advanced executive education programs at institutions such as the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
