Our Leadership Team

Kevin Schwanz is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and leads all product engineering functions at ECI, with a total commitment to customer intimacy, world-class technology and innovation. In his role, Mr. Schwanz drives ECI’s technology roadmap in key megatrend areas including High Voltage, Electrification, Advanced Safety, etc. He also leads the vertical integration strategy of the business for connection systems and engineered components.

Mr. Schwanz has an extensive track record of leading global technical teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong P&L performance. Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Schwanz served as Chief Operating Officer of AG Manufacturing Inc for more than six years. Prior to AG Manufacturing, Mr. Schwanz served in various roles at Lear Corporation, including leading their global engineering and program management teams for their wiring harness business, with over 1,000 engineers located in 16 countries.

Mr. Schwanz holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Leader Executive Certificate from Michigan Ross School of Business.
