Luis Noe is President of the Transportation Business Unit for North America, serving various market segments and customers in Agriculture & Construction, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, Specialty Transportation, Off-road Recreational Vehicles, and others, across Mexico, US, and Canada.  

Mr. Noe’s journey in the wire harness industry spans an impressive 37 years, a testament to his unwavering dedication and expertise. Mr. Noe joined the ECI Executive Team in the summer of 2023, enhancing the laser focused approach of the company to deliver operational and commercial excellence to all customers.  

During his tenure at Lear Corporation, Luis held pivotal leadership roles for the Electrical Systems Division, including VP of Operations in North America, VP of Operations in Europe, and VP of Global Manufacturing Mergers and Acquisitions leading more than 60,000 employees in 16 countries. His remarkable achievements include streamlining manufacturing processes, footprint optimization launching new plants in multiple countries, driving substantial profit growth, and optimizing complex supply chains. 

Luis’s leadership approach seamlessly combines a global perspective with a keen focus on local results, all anchored in a strong commitment to operational excellence.  

With a background in Mechanical Industrial Engineering and an MBA, he merges technical acumen with a relentless pursuit of high performance, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
