Luke Lu
President of Asia
Luke Lu is the President of Asia and is responsible for the delivery of the Asia P&L, overseeing all business operations.
Mr. Lu has over 25 years of international experience, primarily in the Asia Pacific region, in the automotive components and chemical industries. In addition to driving P&L performance and manufacturing excellence, Mr. Lu has a proven track record of growing market share both organically and inorganically in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Lu led Visteon in China with P&L responsibility of USD 1.2 billion in revenue, overseeing 3,500 employees and multiple sites including 3 R&D centers. Prior to Visteon, Mr. Lu held several top leadership roles in Asia for companies such as Axalta Coating Systems, Exide Technologies, and Johnson Controls.
Mr. Lu holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Nankai University in China and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Georgetown University.
