Udesh Kaul
Chief Procurement Officer
Udesh Kaul is the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at ECI and is responsible for delivering world-class results in material purchasing and performance while building long-lasting partnerships with suppliers.
Mr. Kaul has over 32 years of experience in the wire harness industry with an extensive track record of leading strategic global sourcing, total cost management, effective contract negotiations, and strategic supplier relationship management.
Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Kaul was Senior Advisor for Procurement & Product development at McKinsey & Company. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Kaul led global supply management at Aptiv and Delphi for wire harnesses and electronics. In this role, Mr. Kaul managed the company’s entire commodity buy, including copper, resin, steel, and was in charge of the hedging strategy.
Mr. Kaul earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat in India.
