Zoltán Csibra
President of EMEA
Zoltán Csibra is the President of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and is responsible for the delivery of the EMEA P&L, overseeing all business operations.
Mr. Csibra has over 25 years of experience and an extensive track record of driving P&L performance, manufacturing excellence, change management, business development, and launch execution in the wire harness industry.
Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Csibra led Leoni’s European Central-East Operations for wire harnesses, electronics & components across 7 plants, with more than 18,000 employees. Prior to Leoni, Mr. Csibra served as the Vice President of Operations for Europe and Africa at Lear Corporation, with full P&L responsibility of USD 1.4 billion and a total headcount of 21,000 people.
Mr. Csibra holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Automatization from the University of Kecskemét in Hungary.
